✧ How long will it take to ship out my order?
It takes 5-9 business days to ship out an order. Your order should arrive in less than 2 weeks if you live in the US.
✧ Will an item ever be restocked?
Restocks usually only happen if a good amount of people are interested in an item. If an item that you want is sold out, feel free to message me and let me know that you are interested in it! There is a chance that I could have enough product to make more.
✧ When do you have drops?
My shop updates happen about once every three months. This really depends on if I'm going through an art block or not. I'm usually more active at the end of the year because of holidays.
✧ Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment I only ship to the US, Canada and the UK. If you live in another part of the world I could ship out to you but please note that shipping would probably be more expensive.
✧ Do you do commissions?
Yes! I usually always take commissions for art/jewelry. You can check my commission status in my instagram bio (@xiusoto). If my status says 'CLOSED' then that usually means that I'm in the process of updating my shop.
✧ Price explanation?
Prices are determined by the amount of time and effort that it takes to create a certain piece. Please remember that I run this business alone and spend several hours/weeks working on everything that I make. The cost of shipping supplies and packaging are also incorporated into the shipping price.
